Rude Behavior of Staff Members to Customers

Esteemed Sir,
It is stated with respect that you will already know that NADRA has launched a program known as NADRA KIOSK, through this system utility bills are being collected by Franchisees. These franchisees deposit money to NADRA Kiosk Collection Account through online system. NADRA has made an agreement with ABL, according to this agreement ABL is responsible to make sure arrangement and facilitate NADRA Kiosk Franchisees in sending money to NADRA Kiosk Account. But unfortunately ABL Nawan killi Tehsil Swabi (0284) is violating the agreement.
We all (NADRA kiosk franchisees) clearly declare that the attitude of the staff members of ABL (0284) is so harshly and rude to the customers. They are so lazy in performing their duties, there is no time management and they often close cash before the closing time. As on October 10, 2009 at 12:15 pm they rejected my cash pretending that they have closed their cash while according to my information it is not the time of closing cash. This has occurred several times and so many other cases like this. They consider the branch as their monopoly and are trying to established their own self made rules and regulations. Dear Sir, they often prevaricate while we have to deposit money once a day. We are impotent to supplicate them for an online daily which is not only our right but their duty also.
Therefore, we strictly condemn against their rude behavior and humbly request to all concerned authorities to redress their behavior to the customers.
