Delay in Acct Re-activation

I visited the Branch on 20th August 2011, in person, for re activation of my current A/C 15305-31. I met Mr Zafar Mughal (Branch official) who told me to fill a re-activation form and submit a copy of CNIC. Accordingly I fulfilled all the Bank requirements but after a lapse of a period of more than two months, my account has still not been activated. I am a serving army officer, and , therefore, cannot afford to visit the Branch in person again and again due to exigencies of svc. It is, therefore, requested that my said account be activated without any further delay. It will be apprecitaed if HBL looks after its customers in a curteous and cooperative manner.
