ACTIVE MY ACCOUNT OF WATAN CARD

I have received WATAN CARD from Distt: Larkana Dated 15/10/2010. It is the problem that my WATAN CARD is not be activated. Ihave requested to you plz active my account and WATAN CARD.
My watan card having No. 4585477759330009. and my CNIC having No, 4320184956823.
My Cell No. is 03002065202, 03337539627
