Low Speed and Break Connection

AOA,

it is here respectably said that, I have ADSL Broad Band PTCL Connection with student package previous month it did not work and no action taken by exchange of shadbagh after much complaint it is working now but very much slow, which is disturb my study site so kindly take strict action for customer satisfaction as well as me.
