against 3rd class behave of Nadra employee

Sir,
with due respect it is humbly stated that my name Shahid Riaz and i am a permanant resident of village Khaki Mansehra.I am working in glaxo smith kline for last five year.. I want to attract your attention towards the highly serious issue of Nadra.It is very sad to say that Nadra,s employee do not know about what is decent behaviour?How to behave with the customer?
Yesterday i visited the Mansehra NADRA office and i found that they are some sort of super-humans.They are behaving us like cattles.I requested the Branch Manager Naveed judoon for two or three times but he did not give any attention as he was deaf and dumb. when i protested against his attitude then he became furious and treatened me about his authorities that he is Branch Manager. He came out and pulled my collar in anger.
I request you to take sudden action about the matter and to call the strict explanation of the Branch Manager Naveed judoon. One can not expect such attitude from a Branch manager.He should be fair and just in his dealings and should be aware of the moralities.,I request you to take positive steps as soon as possible.
