Costumer service are not helding what they promise

Below you can see my complaint sent to airblue customer service. After a lot of mail forth and back they said ok to pay my money back. But I haven't seen one rupee at all untill now, and it is close to be one year ago this "incident" happened.

I had a very bad experience at Islamabad airport 14th January 2010 when I and my family was checking in by our flight from Islamabad to Dubai.

Before my departure I called customer service and asked them what the charges are for extra baggage because I didn't find it clear what was written on the e-ticket and to be sure that we could pay for the extra baggage we want to pay for.

The customer service told me that I will be charged 6000 Rs for one extra baggage. Doesn't matter if I have 1 KG or 10 KG. If I want to bring one extra bag the charge will be 6000 Rs and I could bring upto 32 KG.

At check in I was told something different. I have to pay 6000 Rs for one extra bag and then for each KG I have to pay some amount. The result was that the lady at the counter asked me to pay 28000 Rs before I could get my baggage with me.

Can you please tell me what went wrong and why this happened that customer service say one thing and at the airport the Airblue employees have another opinion about how to pay for extra baggage?

The airblue employees at the departure was not so helpful as they should be in my opinion. Right after we entered the check in a lot of people just jumped at our baggage and said that we had too much baggage even after I told 3 different people that I know that and I want to pay for the baggage.

yah you are right!! they are really duffer and their services are like that...something wrong happened with one customer at Dubai Airport also..i will share that soon.

THE SLIP.WHEN I REACHED THE LAHORE AIRPORT AND I SHOW THE
SLIP OF CARTON BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR CARTON IS NOT COME
ON THIS FLIGHT,IT WILL CAME ON NEXT FLIGHT ,
BUT TILL NOW I DO NOT RECEIVE MY CARTON..
THE VALUE OF IMMITATION JEWLLERY OF THIS CARTON IS PAK RS.127,296/=
PLEASE TOOK THE FAST ACTION ON THIS WORK,
YOUR EARLY ACTION WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED
