anyone dont solve my problem who i face 1 year long

one year ago i boubht dsl internet connection number 0514486297 but i face disconnecting problem i call again and again but any one dont solve my problem..... i tell about this abdul sattar....bbsupportlhr@ptcl.net.pk or sysadmin@ptcl.net.pk or babarsiddique but any one dont solve my problme now my problem is so long.......so plz notice this that why anyone dont solve my problem......my connect number is 03469991992...i hope u try to solve my problem i m still waiting.......
