this is muddasir here joined ABL call center in sept 08 and resigned at 14th march 09 during my job period bank officials didn't trained me and my colleagues and at dec 08 they stopped ours allowances as well they use to take work via late sitting, it was hard to work in a very tensioned environment the internal tension was at their peak that time and the tragedy was that from jan 01 they stopped allowances after quieting that job i tried to claimed my allowances but their is no one who can hear the voice of mine so beware before joining ABL CALL CENTER

If you are totally free, ask court for help.
Again, a sad story of exploitation....Muddasir did they even give you a official written job letter containing salary and allowance details? its sickening to hear that a large money making organization like a bank doing that to its employees...
It appears justice is a luxury these days and a person just lost job can't afford it. There should be some legal aid committee to help these guys out there.

Allied bank Jail Road, Wasa Branch, Lahore is not working properly. They many times misbehave with their clients
