Dear Manager, i have a card number 5140 9940 4091 7001,actually i am in saudia for the last six months and unable to see the bills because address was of my last office, sir please let me know if their is any bill panding for me i shell be very thankful to you

Sir! It is stated with great sorrow that your reception officer named Mr. Waqar at Chashma Barrage branch is too rough and inexperience that he misbehaves coustomers. I was one of his victims on 05-03-2011. Such in experience and non professional people who are not serious in their job are harmful for the profession of banking and they affect adversely on their institutions. Request is made for necessary action in this regard so that next time such complaints may not be needed.
I have been your customer for more than 6 years now. I feel gravely disappointed by the way your customer services have handled my complaint regarding missing points on my credit card since 2008. I opted for shopping coupon against my earned points which were never delivered. Instead my points were deducted. I have been complaining about this for a long time. My last complaint no. 417017 was handled by Ms Zubaida in Lahore Customer service but to no avail. To be honest I now feel embarrassed myself to pursue this case any further. Although it reflects too badly on your customer service and complaint handling mechanism, I am sure that the matter can be sorted at the appropriate level. This would surely help me rebuild confidence in my bank. I expect that the matter will be resolved at the earliest and handled as a special case. My name and credit card details are as under:

Dear Sir,
I have been using your credit card since 2005. The reason for switching to Askari card was no annual fee; else I was satisfied with Bank Alfalah Credit Cards. I always make my payments well in time. I have not used the card since more than a year. I have also been unemployed since last eight months. Now you have asked me to make payment of annual charges. On top of that without even asking me your department is adding late payment surcharges. Now the total sum is Rs. 3663.50. At the moment, I am unemployed; so don't have a single penny to make you payment of this amount. We even have to skip our foods to make both ends meet. Under these state of affairs you are expecting me to pay something which I have never used; bravo, you people deserve accolades for that. In case, I get a job in future which is the remotest possibility in this country; even then I will not pay any annual charges. I will soon surrender my card to any of your branch. It is therefore, humbly requested to don't waste your precious money on courier service by sending these stupid sort of bills. I would truly appreciate your cooperation in this regard. I will surrender my card.
