Subject: Short Payment through ATM
Dear All,
If i am not wrong then questions arise.
1- Have i done a blunder mistake to be a customer of UBL?
2- Is UBL offering such a ridiculous,incompatible and pitiable service?
3- Why should I suffer if there is any flaw of ATM or UBL Bank?
4- Is UBL bank is based and built up upon the customer's assets rather blood?
5- Is it the matter of of just one customer or Rs.1500/-or is it the matter of all those UBL
customers who are being stung or ill treated by the BANK?
6- If these types of appeals are being overlooked and become a part of dustbin by the
BANK then from such type of amount,can a bank prosperous?
7- Are only the corporate accounts important for the bank?Can BANK ignore thousands
single accounts?
As per the subject matter I applied a transaction of Rs.20,000/- through ATM of UBL Main Branch Multan Cantt at 08-07-2010 time 16:03:00(Approx),but unfortunately I was not able to receive the full amount.I got only Rs.18500/- of 37 notes of Rs.500/-.Short amount was Rs.1500/-.Space was too short to be gone away 40 notes of Rs.500/- through ATM.I at once reported to bank officer MR.Khawar and gave him written requisition of short amount.In the same day I informed the branch manager of UBL where my account exists.
At 15-07-2010,I contacted with branch manager and i was informed that there wasn't any difference of ATM balances at the date of transaction.B.M refused to refund the short money.
