Sir,
it is stated that the service of HBL is very third class. MY a/c number is 08737900012101 University branch Quetta. i have been dialing the help line number (111111425) since Monday but the answering machine let me know that i have not sufficient balance though i have more than rs 500 in my cell ph. if i dail form PTCL, just a tone can be listened. i am really fed up. very third class servise HBL has.
try to solve it or rather dump ur bank in garbage bin. another thing i am thinking that i should bring the attention towards the problem via media. i have the access to net but many people dont really have the facility. rest must be solved by you.
