lost of atm in to atm machine

I tried to make a withdral of cash from atm machine L1133-pasmic,karachi kicom 001 atm.00000000000010209-02.205.1000 ( Based at pakistan steel mill-UBL Br) through my atm issued against my UBL A/C no. PLS 105-1465-4 (Drigh town ship Br), but my atm card did not came out of atm machine, neither any transaction made.complaint may please be registered and advised me further course of action.

Visit the branch with original cnic of the account holder & account information then request branch manager to release the card from ATM.
