One of my friend (the than) applied an Alto Car RIA 4042 with using my name and ID. Unfortunately He could pay the installments regullarly. This came into my notice when almost 7 installments were short. Why the Bank did not take there vehicle back when there is 3 installments short?. Any way I have told the Bank Officials in Islamabad to take the vehicle back and I have given them full cooperation they approach the person who is using the vehicle. But even than The Bank submit me a notice to pay the full amount within one week otherwise they will take action against me. My family is much worried about it.

It is appreciatable that you have extended support to bank officials. Actually, the vehicle is registered in your name. Do pressurize your friend and his family members to pay the due installments and then transfer the vehicle to their name at the earliest. Do register your complaint to Banking Mohtasib in case bank officials harass your for recovery. Keep all the record of your communication with bank officials.
