There is no any information provided to customers for the procedure of Form B application at executive Office DHA Lahore.

After depositing the Executive Fee ie Rs.500/- they given a Token and asked to collect the Form after 7 days Form # Q 400003834 dated 19/4/10.

When I go for obtaining the form they asked You have not completed the application
That was rejected so again deposit the prescribed fee to initiate the new procedure.
All my time and money is wasted.
