submit date of b form feb,18.2010. form no.p100871245 in the name of muhammad haleem qureshi. i want corect my wife name in form accual children mother name is maymoona haleem and b form inter name my 2nd wife name sheeba haleem wich have no children. so plz i have a avdence that 2nd wife marrige date 3rd august 2008.and my ist marrige date 18 oct 1998 so ist child date of birth 19 jan:2000.and second child date of birth 1st jan:2005. so plz sir correct mother name i thank full to u
