MY KID B-FORM LOST

Dear Sir,

i humbly request you to please give the B-FORM of my kid having number is EV 00288375 having name Muhammad Ibrahim Ali i am his father having NIC# 42101-1658519-1 i am in saudi arabia and my family visa will be lost dur to such negligence it was submitted urgent way back 3 weeks and every time my father who is 64 years old gone to nadra new karachi office and they said come tomorrow or next week sir my family visa will be lost as the Nadra official said it has been lost and you cannot even apply for hte new one..please advise what should i do where to go to whom i should ask about this and if visa has been expired you know how problem would i face in saudi arabia..please i humbly request of you guys
