Dear Sir,

I Apply my b form and same time my father says to apply b form of my three brothers.
but that time we submit wrong date of birth of my brother but when we verify my b form then i write correct date of birth of my brother but when i recieved b form then not write corect date birth my brother .still date of birth is wrong on b form what can i do plz tell me
