bad signals, poor customer service
im getting bad signals on my zong connection for quite a while. i complain but no one helped. their customer support service told me why did i get zong since the company doesnt even have a good infrastructure. i want other ppl to be aware of this.

Really!! I mean the customer support told this to you themselves....? WOW. I guess its stupid if someone still goes for a zong connection attracted by their call rates. I you cant get the signals completely what to do with the call rates.!
in sargodha (PAF) area sever signal problem is observed even zong recently
installed their booster / repeater.
every call is disconnected after every two or three minutes but counter does not stop and voice disconnects .
this is very serious dishonest with zong coustmers .your company already have limmited users and with this type of poor, pathetic ,and dishonest service very soon zong will vanish out of the communication field.
i have made three complaints on zong help line but nothing has been done .
this is matter of serious concern for management
This person is totally mad and he dont know how to use mobile, he is continously texting and calling to unknown numbers and abusing Zong's packages.......so please its my request to Zong Providers to check or block this number plz plz plz...03132305667

I have to lodge a complaint against ur honourable mobile company that mobile service has been suspended in Districts Bannu, DIKhan, Tank and Lakki Marwat since October 16 2009 and we suffered very badly in every walk of life. Would ur goodself be so benign to us to clarify whether security situation is worse in our region only or it it is a big problem of the whole country? How many suicide bomb blasts have taken place in Islamabad, Peshawar and Lahore. Why the government is reluctant to suspend mobile service there?
Secondly, let us presume that it has been suspended due to security problem, whether it is successful?
The answer will be of course no, if we think realistically.
1. In December 2009, in DIKhan and Tank districts 02 suicide bomb attacks took place
2. In January 2010 Shah Hasan Khel, District Lakki Marwat suicide bomb attack took place
3. In February 2010 District Bannu 02 suicide bomb attacks took place in which DPO Bannu police also got martyrdom.
4. On Septeember 06 2010 suicide bomb attack at Lakki Marwat police station was made.
So plz dear sir , be realistic this is useless, bcoz it has not achieved its results.
In these districts almost 03 millions people have suffered badly due to to the mbile survice suspension. Let alone our contacts with our near and dear ones who are abroad we cant even contact our family members about the funeral of our own family bcoz PTCL land line is very limited. Apart from this, we missed our near and dear ones at religious ocassions at Eid ul Azha, Hajj and recently Eid ul Fitr.
Why we have been deprived of our basic rights of using mobile phone even in the 21st century.
I do hope that u will consider our case on sympathetic grounds and restore the mobile service very soon.

I agree that ZONG has very poor customer service. One only has to look in their help section to see their bad attitude towards the customer from the get go.
Basically my issue with them was that I was billed on my phone for an a item which I did not receive. I received an email from them that they had billed me and that if I need any help I should reply text HELP. I did this but no help was forthcoming. I then phoned there customer service number (08432189420) and the advisor there ran around in circles and finally told me that there was no record of my phone being billed and that I need to send them an itemised bill. This seemed odd to me as I had given them the transaction code along with the time/date stamp of the billing text they had sent to me via Gaia, not to mention the O2 customer care number (4445) where they could verify that they had billed me, but not given me the item (digital currency - GAIA CASH) I had paid for (which they could varify with GAIA online).
The itemised bill would have cost me exactly the sum of money I was billed making it quite pointless to seek any kind of recompense, so I informed them this. Their response was to ban me and no longer accept any emails from my email address.

zong call center call karnay kay baad foran hi wrong calls aana start ho jati hain aur ye bhi dekha gaya hai kay jo lrakiyan zong ke connections use kar rahi hain ya jin larkiyon kay naam pay zong sims registard hain un kay numbers leak-out ho jate hain. even kay zong call center officers hi apni female customers kay numbers trace kar kay un say baatain karnay aur un kay numbers leak-out karnay mein lage hote hain.
