Bank Alfalah Complaints - Helpline is not responding

hi. m absolutely agree with this complaint. beside this if by chance helpline is connected then the second issue is continuous link down and the helpcentre official refuses to entertain just because of link down.
For God Sake improve your customer care procedure otherwise You may loose your Customers.

dear sir , i m mohammad shafi nic no 17301 6625203-7 date of birth 1954 mother name khunza states the following....i m nearing to make your card amount 75000/- this month but wish to continue availing the facilities of credit card provided if you are kind enough to remove blockade on my card which for some reason of non payment due to me being out side the country . i need to approach the concerned quarter for such removal of the blockade but unfortunately i don't have the proper email of the customer care would you be kind enough to let me know where and how to approach the source to be contacted....thanks Mohammad shafi

i m Mohammad shafi visa credit card no 4025-8102-5112-5006 expired on 099 due to blockade...my nic no 17301-6625203-7 mother name khunza my date of birth is 1954 my cell phone is 03439097853 sir, due to my visit to Dubai most of the bank credit cards payment got disturbed including the standard chartered as well which i got them regularized now since i have only 4500 balance outstanding i request you to kindly remove blockade from my account so that the facility your bank has extended to me is availed once again and wish to be the credit card holder of your prestigious bank.... in this connection i have submitted you all the details. i have been since then a regular payer of all your bills submitted to me well within the due date..... hope fully you will consider my case in the interest of both the parties please issue me the new card which is valid after the withdrawal of blockade as i have been your founder member i got enrolled when i was with pearl continental hotel Peshawar then i left for consultancy in Dubai york international hotel during which period my payments could not be managed properly .......thanks and best wishes looking forward to hear from you soon ....Mohammad shafi

I think due to network problem an unresponding will be happen, other wise banking staff is much active in holding complaint servises.

I have Alfalah Credit Card, Some Petrol Pums are charging Rs 2.50 per 100 extra on fueling. Like PSO G/8 Markaz Islamabad. Please need your support that this not mentioned an Alfalah Credit card agreement.
