i am banking with bank islami i have received my bank statement today and along with my bank statement they have sent me some one's else bank statement are they not violating data protection do we have any thing like this in pakistan ???

There is no such law in Pakistan for ensuring privacy & security of data of customers. Also sadly the banks do not care much either and you would be shocked with the things I have come across at work as auditor at banks.
Bank Islami is the biggest fraud bank. Recently a friend purchased a car on auto finance and it was insured through some Islamic insurance company. The care met an accident and was a total loss. The bank and the insurance company have backed out of the claim and are making my friend run around making up stories and excuses and playing the blame game.
All in the name of Islam....you wont believe the kind of excuses these frauds in the bank are giving us. Its broad daylight robbery. These people are hypocrites and the cheapest filthiest people. Be advised not to deal in any banks that do business in the name of Islam as they are doing this to lure the public into this trap. One you avail the facilities of the bank you will find your self trapped.
