Yesterday I went to Bata's exclusive Bubble Gummers store at Liberty Market, and for the third time had this experience. The branch does not have all the designs and shoe sizes, when I asked the salesperson to call and inquire at the nearest branch I was told that they do not have the phone number. What is the point of operating an exclusive branch when you cannot furbish it with proper stock?
