I am wimax user of wateen for almost six months, Last two months i freez my account . Wahab sahib tell me that after two months when i recharge cards , my account automatically active. So I recharge 500rs. card , but in vain, after that I try to recharge 100rs card also not recharged. Then I call Wahab sahib , he tell me before recharge cards u will have to active the account , so I call helpline and added a request for activation, almost after two days my account activated(Its to late) , anyway I try to recharge the cards again but i see the message "it is impossible to recharge this account with this voucher", I again call Wahab sahib and mention my problem , he told me that I have to come office, So next day I went to office batala colony branch, I gave them card to resolve my problem.
Mr. Usman came late at office almost one hour late( Opperation management Person Mr. Usman). Then I told him problem , he told me that my problem solved in 10 minutes, But in vain , no progress yet there , I also so many calls to office and helpline but yet they have not solved my problem. Also bad behaviour from office workers of batala colony branch.

wateen is superb.i m using wateen from 18 months and still its working fine ,there is no issue with me,i just simply say if u know a little about intenet there is no issue in wateen.
Wateen customer service is awesome as I experienced.
hello iam kashif.main ne wateen conection kia or unlimmded package use kar raha tha main ab 2 month bad phir active hona chahta hoon.kya ap mera pichla acount ramove kar daen ta k main apna acount active kar loon.or main apna package bhi change karwana chahta hoon.tell me
darasal mujhay pehlay bataya nahee gay ager mujhay pata hota to main ya kabhi mistake nahee karta.
