UBL STAFF MISBEHAVE AND TIMMING PROBLEM

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ONE PICKS THE TOLL FREE NUMBER OF CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE. AND IF SOME ONE DOES, THEY DO NOT TREAT NICELY. THE CUSTOMER CARE IS REALLY BAD AT UBL.
THE UBL STAFF IS VERY MISBEHAVE TO US EVERYDAY AND OUR TRANSECTION IS IS DAILY BASIS IS MANIMAM 5 LACS WHEN WE CALL TO UBL NAWAN KILLI SHEWA ADDA SWABI 0938.311169 THE MANAGER TOLD US THAT YOUR VOICE IS NOT CLEARE ONLY IN RECEIVED HELLO HELLO AND DROP THE CALLS
PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE UBL NAWAN KILL SHEWA ADDA SWABI
THE BANK IS ONLINE BUT THEY TOLD US THAT OUR BANK IS NOT INLINE END THE DUTY TIMMING IS 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM AND THEY CLOSED THE BANK AFTER LUNCH 2:00 PM

I know these large players do such things, especially in rural areas as Niaz Khan mentioned.

SBP should imply strict regulations on these banks that they operate in those areas with every facility which they are providing in urban areas, so that it is easier for the consumer to transfer money quickly and easily.
