This is inform to all concern of PTCL that PTCL Brand Service on our Tel# 021-32863779 not working from 06-03-2010 & Phone also out of order last 10 days & minmum 8 complain has been lodge & but not solve our problim.
now we are right to not pay PTCL Dues & claim our loss to PTCL due to this this worse services.

Certify true complain which 50 % resolved today on 08/03/2010,, mean our PTCL Land Line are now in order and DSL also starts working but not properly, mean connetc & disconect any time but thanks for PTCL as they entertain our problem.
We are requir proper DSL service.
