Non Updation of bills A/c 0213709070103

Dear Sir/Madam,

Bills for Account Number: 0213709070103 online payment

My account number was changed to above in Feb2011 and I paid the bill in cash
through United Bank Limited, University Road branch, Karachi on 14Feb2011, however it is showing as outstanding on online bills payments.

Non receipt of current bill:

When I input the above account number on line to view a duplicate bill, I get the bill for Feb2011 which I already paid on 14 Feb 2011

Please arrange to update your records for Feb 2011 as there ar no outstanding
for Feb 2011

Secondly, kindly take necessary action so that I can view and pay Mar2011 bill on line.

I look forward to having updated the records to reflact the changes.
