To start my gas bill

With great respect I say that I have given new domestic gas connection in 2010, But till now my gas bill is not stared. I have complained many time in the Mardan sui gas office every month since 2010,But every time I have given a new that for bill. The meter reader take monthly reading regularly.
I request you to start my bill with some best way of concession.Thanks.
