it is submitted that my son namely Sifatullah Jan student of 10th class was injured in a bomb blast on 06.09.2010 near Police station Lakki Marwat. The resprentative of BISP filled the form and all the codal formalities were completed but untill the compensation are not received. I am a poor man and a huge amount were spent on the cure of son. It is therefore requested that I may please be compensate through your programme. I shall be oblige. My wife namely Farzana Habib CNIC No is 11201-7559997-4 and my CNIC No 11201-6761511-5

The resprentative of BISP filled the form and all the codal formalities were completed but untill the compensation are not received. I am a poor man and a huge amount were spent on the cure of father. It is therefore requested that I may please be compensate through your programme. I shall be oblige.
