For non inclusion of name in Flood effectees

A.A Dear Sir,
I have the honour to state that I being actual affectee of the flood have not yet been included in the list of affectees. Astonishing to note that the persons who have not been affected have gained the opportunity to collect Watan Card from the concerned authorities for the reasons best known to the survey teams.
