Inapproprate Message from Bolta Consumer

I have a complaint about this website itself. I wrote a compaint about a bank. Wehen I submitted the complaint, I receied the following message

"You are making complaints or comments too fast! While we encourage consumers to share their complaints, we do not allow to flood our system. Please be nice and post genuine complaints at a reasonable speed".

I am stunned to see this message. I do not send complaints or visit this page frequently.
I sumbitted a complaint many months ago, and this was my second complaint. I do not know what happend to the complaint becasue I can not see it on the web page. I am not going to waste my time in writing it again.

The person who wrote this message does not know the correct selection of words to write a public message. He actually needs to be nice himself.

I fully agree to the above complaint. I myself is facing same problems. Its useless to work with this site anymore.
I don't know who designed this website this DUMB way. Its a shame to his/her professional skill/career.
