Bolta Consumer is a dumb site

I launched my first complaint on bolta consumer about mobilink and also agreed to another similar complaint. Now whenever I try to add anyother comment to these complaints, the website give me error that you post too frequently so you cannot post a new comment, even if I do this after months. This is too strange a behavior. Therefore I am leaving this site with this last complaint about bolta consumer itself. ITS A DUMB SITE with very POOR functionality.
