At end of every post, we are supposed to type in the verification code to submit our entries.
But, when it comes to Bolta consumer, our verification code doesn't gets accepted for first time, even of we are PERFECTLY RIGHT!
I hope Bolta Consumer, will first improve it self and take care of others' time by not being annoying in that way.

Yes this is true....but the problem lies in the page refreshing itself while you are typing the comment, and the code refreshes also, but still displays the original code......
BoltaConsumer does need to address this issue.......I have had to re enter the code on many occasions.
Totally right, i also would like to point that if i am typing comments slowly and are more then 7 to 9 lines then some times page refreshes and everything written is gone and one has to do it all gain.

That's correct! I have experienced it too but, the site I have norticed, is in it's BETA stage. This means, its going to undergo further changes for improvement.
In the mean time, I can suggest you type all your content in MS Word and do a copy paste when you are done. Hope this helps :)

This problem has been resolved. Thanks for your patience.
We are seeing that some people continue to experience this issue. So it may not be resolved completely. We'll keep it under further observation.

And many may continue to experience this problem due to their ISP's intelleigent caching engines which keep on shifting b/w load to less loaded circuit for better user experience. Every thing has undesired side effects :)
Dear SoL, thanks for your input but the session was already increased to several hours. One limitation (the regular posters may already be aware of this) is that if you load multiple complaint pages in your browser at the same time, then the verification codes on all but the last loaded page become invalid. This seems to be a limitation of the underlying CAPTCHA library we had used. But we can look into replacing that if this continues to be a pain.
But if you are loading just one complaint at a time in your browser and still experiencing the issue, kindly let us know.
We understand this is a nuisance until its fully resolved.
bOLTAcONSUMER SHOULD MAKE THE LOG IN FACILITY IN THEIR SITE THEN THERE WILL BE NO NEED OF VERIFICATION CODE
The problem is still existing and I only load one complaint page at a time.
It happens occasionally if you take more then a few minutes to post your message. However, it happens at ALL times, if you click outside the comment box while typing and then click back in. I would guess that the CATPCHA code renews in the background when you click away from the comment box, however, the display of the code does not update on the screen.
