I subscribed to the PTCL Broadband connection of 1 MBPS. I have been facing the problem of low speed for four days. My downloading speed is only 20 KB per second. Please give me the solution of my problem. Otherwise i will cancel out the service by not paying the bill and subscribe to Wateen.net.

Sir ,
I am using PTCL BROADBAND from Last Two year . its was working well with me
but now from last 2 mouths the Downloading Speed is Very Very Low . i am Receiving about 50-60 KBPS .
I have Complaint to 1218 and our Exchange more then 70 times . but there is no Response from their side .
when i call 1218 they Forward my Call to Senior Member which Takes 30 mint to connect with Senior Member .
when i talk to Senior Member they told me its not our work we have upgraded your DSL to 2mbps now contact to your Exchange .
but our Exchange Office is telling me that its not our Problem Call to 1218 ??
now what should i do ?? 1218 tell to contact with Exchange .. Exchange Officer Tell me to Contact with 1218 ??
now its mean it my Problem why i have subscribed to PTCL BROADBAND ???
