Dear Sir
I am sohail (manager IT) cargolines. We are your broadband customer. Broadband installed 21/01/2011. From installation date we are unsatisfied your broadband service. Due to the disturbance no longer broadband service required. Kindly adjust my broadband charges/bills because we did not avail fully broadband service.
