My Land line No. is 048-3726611.
I am facing a lot of Problems regarding to your Broadband services.
1st of all we are not receiving you proper Speed.Downloading Speed is very very low.
My big issue is that Unstable the DSL light after 5 minutes.I 'd submitted my complaint so many times for disconnection of internet through your complaint No. 1218. but the problem has not been resolved yet.
i 'll not hesitate to say about your department, you 've a unskilled technical staff they don't know what is the problem and where is the problem?
Every day i submit my complaint to your complaint No.1218.and i 've used to this.When i get up early in the morning when i Start my PC there is no connectivity then i registered a complaint through your complaint No.After the completion of complaint daily i receive a call from your costumer service centre Lahore, either your problem is resolved or not finally i press 1 for yes.But the problem is still so tell me now what to do?When i talk to the Line man he says that it is not under my problem and it is not a line problem please register your complaint again to the Broadband services.when i registered the complaint to the BB they say it is your Line problem this is a fault of a Line man he can handle only.so Where i go now tell me.
I am a student of Master.The Final Project which is assign to me from the University which i have to submit on 12/01/2012. and i can't work with out the Internet one is the major problem i 'll disuse to you and you are well familiar about the electricity problem which every Pakistani now a days.But i only concerned to the DSL light unstable.What the reason behind this may i know this problem an which one is the responsible of this issue? i just your answer tell me tell me tell me....I just want the change same like as change the logo of your department.
