invalid service

my dsl is not working properly. i have complaint many time to the custmor servies center D.G.Khan but no action has been taken till now. I m a student of M.Phill, i have to make my assighments deu to the failure of service after every 5minutes i m facing a lot of troubles.Plz. take quick action of this improper service as early as possible I will be gratefull to you.
