Dear Sir my number is 5255796 my ptcl line is ok and DSL light is also on but my internet Light is not on so many places i Complain but no responce why sir at one week ptcl complaint officer say to me ur problim is prosess and prosess.... how many time he say to me prosess and prosess ... plz plz sir solve my problem plz...

DEAR VICTIME OF DSL IMMEDIATELY STOP DSL SERVICE AND GET ANY OTHER CONNECTION AS WE FACED THEIR VERY POOR SERVICE FOR ABOUT ONE YEAR. NO REDRESSAL NO REFUND OF UNUSED CONNECTION AND FINALY WE COMPELLED TO STOP IT.
