My broadband connection at home stopped working abotu 9 days ago. It is most probably a line fault or a modem failure, even after registering mutilpe complaints with PTCL and even after following there instructions many times the fault has not been corrected. every day I am told that a line man will come today and the day passes without him ever appearing. At the end of the month the bill will be charged without ever fixing the problem. I have not internet fascility at hoem now and then again i am left to do my studies on internet cafe's. what may i ask is becoming of PTCL. Please help me as I am desperate and have no idea as to how to ask soemone to fix this problem.
