i have get this service before 2 months ago and if i remember i made more then 50 complains in this session. too much shame full moment for all the staff who only now how collect heavy bill but in return they provide nothing, if they cant provide the service well meaning then the company should be make private by the government beacuse the staff should not be able to use the government funds, i also requested the tv channels and newz papers to rise this issue and think for millons of people who use the service of ptcl,

PTCL is not working for the betterment of their service, they are just enjoying the monopoly. I used PTCL and despite of several complaints per day, no body came to fix my dsl connection. I picked up the modem and gave it back to the local exchange.
Switched to LDN and in the last 2 months, never faced a problem.
In addition to that i am paying even less then PTCL.
