Irresponsible & Non Professional Behaviour and Late Replies

Dear Sir/ Madam
ASSALAM ALAIKUM WA RAHMATULLAH WA BARAKATUH

I am very much displeased with continued irresponsible and non professional behaviours of Meezan Bank's Call Centre staff towards resolving my problems. Today, I have called on helpline and asked for solutions, not getting email for changing username. The lady at that point of time replied very unpolitely that wait for the email and disconnect the call very any intimation. She didn't bother to help me out in solving this problem. This behaviour is not acceptable and if the same here so what would be difference between Conventional Bank Staff and IslamIc one.
