I am your costumer I visit HBL on daily basis due to my company's account in your bank I have a complains from your main branch in Rawalpindi cantt in this branch your cashier on counter # 05 is not behaved well with me many times I visit this branch he will try to refused the work by miner objections in this regards I complains a seiner in this branch but he takes his cashier side one more thing on Saturday only this branch open in Rawalpindi cantt on that day they try to avoid on line banking if it is not possible please give the information timely and now today I visit same branch and same cashier he was refuse my on line with out checking my branch status I request please give response on my complains or other wise I request my company to move our account from HBL.
