Main hole cover,street lights not available more then 10 complaints registered

Sorry to says that JO DIKHTA HAY WOH HAY NAHI it means that I already registered more then 10 complaints that No any street light (not road lights) existing in my street and it is also registered that Main Hole cove are also not available and it may the cause of any major accident so please provide immediate 02 nos of main hole cover and at-least 03 saver 110 watts or as possible at street no.1 golden town near golden model school Rafe-e-aam UC Shah Faisal town please.
