some times before one of my friends told me that he has mistakenly submitted forms for his CNIC twice because his first CNIC was lost so he thought to make another instead of getting a copy of first one. Now he is afraid of Govt action he said he want to submit his 2nd NIC but he does not know how to do it and where to do it and where the Govt will charge him or not?
