Hi,

This is noman ul haque, CNIC 42101-4683105-9.
I received my UBL credit in first week of July, Up till yet I could get that active just because of your unprofessional staff on call or email.

no one make any follow ups with the customer, if we call again, no one are aware that what had already been discussed, horrific customer services. I had already spoken so many of your staff like Ammar, hassan. arsalan,farooq etc.

I want my matter to be resolved within 24 hours time, otherwise I would take it further.
