Customer Vincent's death

Dear Sir,

I am Patricia widow of Vncent Fernandes who passed away three months ago. I received a call of UBL legal department asking me to settle the deceased's outstanding amount of Rs.150,00/-. When I told the collection officer that Vincent has died three months ago, he isstill insisting me to pay, I am a jobless person living on my EOBI pension. He was willing to make this payment in instalment but when is Vncent is not in this world now, how can collection harass me a widow who has already lost her husband, where has the justice gone. Can someone please come to the rescue of a widow Please. The colection officer is further stating to tell my son to pay is this justice, State Bank of Pakistan please look into this
