Sir,
I am your cash line card customer, I pay all your dues till Dec-2011. However I want to receive 971 rupees which are access from my dues, according to the bank record which telling me on phone by your representative on 111-825-888.
Your bank all ready blocked my card and I returned your bank check book 02-12-2011 by drop Box. in S.D valuet branch
The Mall Lahore.
I already give an application to close my account to Mr.Khalid Manzoor (042-37242675) branch manager of customer service senter on 31-12-2011. However i do'not know why your bank made some delay policy.
I also made a request on help line to close my account which till in vain. So, I request you to solve my problem if you have some authorities and give me my money back if possible which never seen till.
