Sir/Ma’m,

My request for the enhancement of Credit Card Limit was registered in your system on Feb., 12th, 2016. Since then I have called at least six (06) times to know the latest of my application. But I’m sorry to say that every effort proved to be useless in this regard as every time I called your Authorities I was asked to wait as I would be contacted later for the latest but no one has contacted me. I was given the limit of Rs.50,000/- when my salary was below Rs.20,000/-. Right now, I’m getting a salary of above Rs.60,000/- and my Credit Limit should be increased accordingly.
The Validity of my Credit Card is going to end in June, 2016. If the Limit is not increased, I would no more like to be issued the NEW CREDIT CARD in future and like to terminate all business dealings with your PRESTIGIOUS BANK. I’ve purchased a LED TV through your bank against my Credit Card Limit in installments and the last one would be deposited in June along with the Card’s payment. After that, I won’t like to be issued THE NEW CARD.
