Non Professional Behaviour

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to draw your attention towards a matter which shows irresponsible and non professional behavior of your staff. I am a Account holder of SC Bank and also using Credit card for the last many years , as my credit card limit is 70000/Rs so if I am exceeding that limit there should be system which will automatically stop that card. My credit limit exceeded from 70000 to 71429/Rs and Bank has charged a fine of 1000/-Rs . when I discussed with the relevant person Mr Jasim and registered a complain # 025346 . Mr Jasim informed me that we will let you know by Email or on your Mobile no in few days but more than two weeks has gone I couldn’t receive any reply . same case happened in past as well . I have deposited the whole amount in time .
Last validity date of my Credit card was 30th September 2014 and till to date I couldn’t receive any new card from your bank . Kindly guide me is that professional behavior . So I don’t want to continue my credit card of SC Bank because so many good options are available . Kindly settle my account and discard my credit card. Waiting for your response.
