Dear Sir,
It is to inform that i have already complained my time about the credit card billing my issue is that i have requested many times but due to your poor service as this is the tradition of ubl to provide the poor service i asked to remove the Children education plan from my billing but there is no positive response from your side. please remove the education plan from my billing for which i have no hope as well.
Secondly i have requested many times to change the billing address but as already i have no hope so address is still not updated as it is 03 to 04 months to go.
other thing is that there is poor quality service from your helpline and no action will be implemented on my any request. do any thing anyhow to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
i called today at 11.56 am helpline but they did not resolved but they give me a number to contact there can you tell me that what a joke is this with a customer.
