I got seat booked from Sargodha to Rawalpindi on 22 oct, 2017 for 2130 on 23 oct, 2017. Two hours before departure time bus was cancelled due less number of passengers while mechanical problem in bus was conveyed to us. Same bus without any work was detailed at 2300 hours. This mentality has created a lots of problem for all of us.

Today I am travelling in Daewoo Bus from lahore to okara city left terminal at 4:30 PM. I collected a ticket in a cue and 8/9 travellers were still requesting for a ticket but on the counter person sitting for giving tickets was very disturbed mentally. He told everyone that booking is full. No seat available. But when entered in bus at least 6/8 seats were still available. I don’t know why he did so despite availability of seats he did not get issued tickets. If he issued tickets loss of 6/8 seats were not caused to company. Please take action. The bus is on his way now.
