I booked 2 seats on Saturday evening for Lahore from Rawalpindi and back to Rawalpindi from Lahore.
At night I found a normal bus from Rawalpindi to Lahore but at my return from Lahore to Rawalpindi I was asked to pay 300 extra as it was a GOLD bus service which I was not told about at the time of booking at all.
I was forced to pay extra 300 as the next bus was schedule after 4 hours of my booking.
Please make sure that customers are at least asked before booking their seats that either it is GOLD or whatever it is.

No phone Attent After four Hours

am waheed ahmed awan on 25th august 2017 booked a seat online through debit card seat number 4 time 11:00 on 26th august karachi - daharki but bus was cancelled due to from daewoo issue not by me so i paid the money 1750 through debit card to day 5-9-2017 my money not refund to me by daewoo and my call not attend to any athourity why is this daewoo or local bus

I booked seat online through debit card seat num 19. Lahore to khanpur 10p.m. 5 nov. But bus cancel due to fog.i paid the money 1220 through debit card to day 4.9.2017. My money not refund to me. And my call also not attend to any daewo ofice.. now darwo service is to much worst. Lazy service. Not any displine.

I have booked 4 seats from sargodha to lahore on 7 Nov 2017 paid via Jazz cash account bus Bus was cancelled and amount Rs . 1600/- was claimed for refund on same day (Refund Ticket # 1711070025)
Now 81 days gone ... no amount is refunded and no response encountered from any end and i am continuously visiting Sargodha terminal but in vain ......

I Bought 1 Ticket From Peshawar To DIK I Payed Through Debit Card And I Did Not Got the confirmation message I called the UAN and they told me that the seat I purchased is empty We Dumb Service By Daewoo Shame On YOU
